Glass/Body Primer

Description

Glass/Body Primer is a black UV resistant primer that can be used for repairing damage to the ceramic edge of windscreens of for retouching damaged window rabbets to which the windscreen sealant will have to adhere. Moreover it is suited for both optical and protective applications, especially at places where UV protection is required.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Cut away the old sealant layer up to a thickness of ± 2 mm. Clean the edge of the windscreen with Innotec Multisol.
• Application method: Shake the jar well before use. Apply Glass/Body Primer with a cotton wool to the ceramic edge of the windscreen. Treat any damage to the rebate with Glass/Body Primer. If there are no remains of old sealant in the rebate, clean with Innotec Multisol and treat with Glass/Body Primer. Allow to dry for at least 10 minutes.
