Description

Solid Spray Filler is a high-quality fine spray filler with a very high solid content. Thanks to its special composition, this product has an unprecedentedly high filling power and outstanding sandability.

Solid Spray Filler offers perfect adhesion to just about any type of surface such as metal, wood, plaster, and most plastics, as well sanded layers of lacquer. The product is ideal for filling irregularities, little holes and deeper sanding scratches.

Solid Spray filler is perfectly suited to the filling of irregularities caused by minor damage and for smoothing off textured parts. With damage of this type it is often difficult to use a spray gun, because it usually requires just a small amount of product. As a result, and because you can use the spray can in just about any place, Solid Spray Filler is an ideal solution for a business that does not have its own spray booth.

The product has a very high solid content and excellent fluidity. Due to its fast drying Solid Spray Filler is dust dry after just 10 minutes, and sandable after 25 minutes. The product must always be sealed with a base layer, and we recommend Innotec Speed Primer for this.

Solid Spray Filler is supplied in an original pink colour. This means the product can be easily sprayed with a base layer, thereby reducing the risk of the colour bleeding through.

Thanks to its aerosol packaging Solid Spray Filler is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply. The product has a special nozzle which gives a spray pattern exactly like the cone of a spray gun. The nozzle is adjustable, so that the product can be sprayed horizontally and vertically.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Sand the surface. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol. Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic and pre-treat with Innotec Repaplast Primer.
• Application method: Shake can well during at least 2 minutes before use. Spraying distance 20 cm. Apply in several thin layers. When applying several layers leave 5 minutes between each layer for the product to evaporate. After use invert can and spray until clear to clean the nozzle.
