Description

2C-Metal is a high-quality dual component product for the quick repairing or sealing of cracks and holes in a variety of materials. Particularly suitable for applications in the car repair sector, but also in industry, sanitary, engineering water sports, etc. After 1 hour, the product can be drilled, tapped, sanded, filed and sawn.

Thanks to its unique composition the product cures very quickly and adheres extremely well to various materials such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals, wood, glass and hard plastics. In addition, 2C-Metal is highly resistant to oil, petrol, diesel, aliphatic and aromatic solvents.

Because of all these properties 2C-Metal is a product with a wide range of applications that can be used for example to repair worn threads by filling or re-tapping.

2C-Metal is activated by mixing and kneading together both components. The product will be hard after only 10 to 15 minutes.

Its handy packaging in a bar makes 2C-Metal very economical and user-friendly, because you simply cut off the required amount.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of grease. Clean surfaces with Innotec Multisol or Innotec Seal and Bond Remover. Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic.
• Application method: Knead carefully to obtain an even mass. Press to the surface by hand within 3 to 4 minutes. Smooth off with a damp finger or cloth. Can be easily processed after drying, by sawing, filing, drilling, tapping and sanding.
