Clear Coat

Description

Clear Coat is a very high-quality and crystal clear finish in a spray can with properties that equal those of a professional spray-gun. It is a quick-drying lacquer with good filling properties. After drying, it provides a scratch and wear resistant coating of OEM quality that is perfectly UV resistant. Clear Coat gives the treated surface a perfect and long-lasting shine.

In the automotive sector, Clear Coat is perfectly suited for spray-painting all kinds of parts such as mirror caps, body frame interiors, wings and doors, but also rear panels or pre-lacquered corners of fronts, etc. Because of its fast drying and excellent slump resistance, Clear Coat is also highly suitable to be used for finishing aluminium rims.

In the industry sector, furniture industry is one of the domains where Clear Coat can be perfectly used, for example to finish panels, doors, wall units, etc. The product also has various applications in model making.

Its fast drying and excellent slump resistance make Clear Coat particularly suitable for fast application in several layers. Thanks to its aerosol packaging this product is extremely user-friendly and easy to apply. Using the special nozzle the product can be sprayed in a very professional spray pattern.

Instructions for use

• Surface preparation: The surface must be clean, dry and free of dust and grease. Clean the surface with Innotec Multisol. Clean plastic surfaces with Innotec Repaplast Cleaner Antistatic, then pre-treat them with Innotec Repaplast Primer.
• Application method: Shake can well during 2 minutes before use. Spraying distance 25-30 cm. First apply 1 thin layer, then 2 smooth criss-cross layers. Leave 5 minutes for the product to evaporate between two layers. After use, invert can and spray until clear to clean the nozzle.
